Hi, I’m Emile – a personal trainer dedicated to helping people lose fat, build confidence, and create lasting results.
I believe fitness should be fun and rewarding, not a punishment. My mission is to support you every step of the way, whether in-person or online, so you can finally feel proud of your progress.

(30 min: 15 cardio + 15 weights)
Online Coaching:
£30/week or £90/month
1-on-1 Training:
£35–£40 per session
Monthly PT Package:
£590 (3–4 sessions per week, save £50)
